More recently fitted out in the former stables, the lodging house "Le Hibou" will be for you a comfortable refuge from everyday life. The interior walls in cut limestone rocks give a more intimate character to this house.

The huge terrace overlooks as far as the eye can see its generous lawn and, beyond, the surrounding countryside.

Designed for 48 people, with 20 bedrooms, each one equipped with a private bathroom, the lodging house "Le Hibou" also offers a wellness area with a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a hammam, a second spa room with a sauna and an infrared cabin, and moreover a playroom with a tennis table and a football table. What else!?

As an option for companies, "Le Hibou" offers a meeting room for 35 people which makes it a perfect place for the organization of your professional seminars.

Last but not least, "Le Hibou" offers 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, with barried-free access from the parking and the terrace. So they are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

For a detailed inventory of the bedrooms, we invite you to consult the "Detailed building plan" section.

"Le Hibou" has 20 bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom (16 showers, 4 bathtubs, 20 WC, 20 sinks).

Only 3 bedrooms have double bed (2 persons), 1 has a bunk bed for 2 persons. The others have between 1 and 4 single beds (1 person) and 2 have a cot.

With single beds, it is easier to distribute people in the bedrooms, especially for your business meetings.

The two ground floor bedrooms can accommodate people with reduced mobility from the car park.

La capacité maximale d'hébergement est de 48 personnes + éventuellement 2 bébés.

Afin de garantir la sécurité des visiteurs ainsi que le bon état des lieux, il est absolument interdit d'ajouter des couchages supplémentaires (matelas pneumatique, lit pliable ou autre) que ce soit pour augmenter la capacité d'accueil ou simplement pour en modifier l'agencement.

(Le certificat de sécurité, suite au rapport du Bureau de prévention des incendies, a été délivré pour un maximum de 50 personnes).

Wellness area

In the dining room, two windows overlook the wellness area: difficult to resist!

In addition of the swimming pool (11,25m x 4,75m - depth 1,5m - constant water temperature 28°), there is also a jacuzzi for 5 people, a hammam, two showers and a toilet.

On the first floor a second smaller wellness room has a sauna and an infrared cabin, a sink and a toilet.

Interior comfort

For the pleasure of young and old people, the lodging house "Le Hibou" has a large playroom (9m x 6m). You will find a tennis table, a football table and some plays for young children.

In the large living room, everything is done to enjoy your stay.

Behind the large dining room, a second smaller living room has a TV, a DVD player and a stero system.

Free WiFi is available throughout the building.

Outdoor layout

In front of "Le Hibou", a very large terrace, with garden furniture, a barbecue and a wooden awning, overlooks a generous lawn and further the surrounding countryside.

Near the terrace there are several swings and a slide in a 3000 m² lawn. Football goals are present in the huge back lawn (1 hectare) common of the two lodging houses.

The car park, located on the side of the lodging house, can accommodate up to 20 cars.

Kitchen layout

The kitchen equipment is more than enough to serve the 48 people the lodging house can accomodate.

For cooking, there are 5 gas hobs, a gas grill (80 cm), an electric oven (80 cm) and a microwave oven.

The kitchen has a cold room, a freezer and a professional dishwasher.

There is a tableware for sixty people and a complete cookware set. You will have the main useful equipments during your stay: 2 percolators, 1 coffee machine (60 cups), 1 toaster, 1 professional blender.

Meeting room - Optional

"Le Hibou" offers an optional meeting room, reserved for professional seminars.

It is located on the 3rd floor, equipped with projection equipment and a screen, you will easelly be able to organize your meetings, trainings and presentations in the best conditions.

This floor also offers a little kitchen with a sink, a fridge, a coffee machine (60 cups), 2 percolators, 2 thermos and 2 toilets.

In order to avoid inappropriate uses, the meeting room is only reserved for professional seminars, with an additional cost on the rental price.

Charges

The amounts we present on this site include the rent and the fixed charges, valued for an occupancy of the Lodging by 48 people.

The "tourist tax" and "rental bedding" charges will be adapted according to the final number of people announced before the start of the stay. The supplement wil be deducted from the heating and electricity costs at the end o your stay.

Heating and electricity costs billed at the end o your stay will be deducted from the security deposit.

Fixed charges :

Cleaning : 400€
Water : 50€ per day
Tourist tax : 1€ per person per night
Container (waste) : 50€/stay
Bed linen rental : 11€ per person per stay - (we preprare the beds before you arrive, it is mandatory)

Additional charges :

Heating : according to consumption and market price.
Electricity : according to consumption and market price (double counters day/night)

The additional charges include heating and electricity consumptions and which are too variable to be included in fixed charges. The price given in the estimate will be based on the consumption of holidaymakers who have stayed in the lodging house for an similar period. This will be an indicative information and not a contractual information.

The heating and electricity costs will have to be payed at the end of your stay, after meter readings with you at the start and the end of your stay.

Options :

Bath towels rental : 4€ per set and per stay (optional)
Meeting room rental (only in lodging house "Le Hibou") : 150€ per stay, reserved for a professional use.

These options will be included in the estimate, according to your request.

Other costs : Only in the lodging house "Le Grand Duc"

Wood logs : According to the consumption, not included in estimated charges.
American billiards table : 0.50€ (coins) per game.

A rental guarantee or security deposit (2.500€) have to be payed into the company's account at least 5 days before the start of the stay. It will be payed back no later than 15 days after the end of the stay, after deduction of charges and fees not paid on your departure.
