Restrictions
- Groups of young people, organization of student parties, bachelorette/bachelor parties ... are absolutely prohibited.
- In order to guarantee the quality of the property, the lodging house is only reserved for family or friends meetings and seminars.
- Pets prohibited.

Formulas and prices
For each of the two lodging houses we offer 5 rental formulas by default:
- Week
- Arrival on Friday between 16 and 18 p.m., Departure on next Friday before 10 a.m. (7 nights)
- Weekend
- Arrival on Friday between 16 and 18 p.m., Departure on Sunday between 18 and 20 p.m. (2 nights)
- Mid-week
- Arrival on Monday between 16 and 18 p.m., Departure on Friday between 18 and 20 p.m. (4 nights)
- Extended weekend
- Arrival on Friday between 16 and 18 p.m., Departure on Monday before 10 a.m. (3 nights)
- Special weekends
- Special formulas according to the year calendar to make the most of public holidays such as Pentecost, Ascension or May 1st.
Do you prefer an other booking formula? Do not hesitate to request it! We can provide you a specific formula as long as the stay lasts at least 2 nights and as long as it is compatible with the various logistical constrains (other visitors, cleaning,...).
The prices of our different formulas vary according to the lodging house and the period of the year, divided between low, medium and high seasons. Holiday weekends as well as Christmas and New Year weeks are also subject to a special price.
These prices are worked out when you select a date and an formula in our booking calendar, on the pages of "Le Grand Duc" or "Le Hibou".
